Cena Medieval en el Restaurante La Catedral. La Alberca (Salamanca)

¿Alguna vez habéis estado en una Cena medieval? El Restaurante “La Catedral” en la Plaza Mayor de La Alberca, se engalana todos los viernes para celebrar su famosa “Cena Medieval”, donde podrás disfrutar de una excelente velada amenizada por un grupo de actores, que os harán revivir el siglo XV.

El espectáculo comienza con un fragmento en “Castellano Antiguo” que se puede leer a continuación:

“Allá por la infancia del siglo quince, menester era de los oficiales de la cocina para la corte, no echar a perder la hacienda porque no hay cosa que más hacienda gaste que trabajar atiento, porque piensan que por echar mucho recaudo es mejor, y por ahí lo echan a perder más prestamente; y se gastan muchas haciendas “y no les luce””.

Acto seguido, la cena se sirve en platos antiguos en largas mesas de madera, con decoración de la época. Todo se prepara con los más mínimos de detalles, para recrear y disfrutar una cena inolvidable.
